Abefre Design specialises in one-off designs that have the ‘wow’ factor. The company’s designs boast all the features listed in each client’s brief, and are exceptionally practical. Importantly, they are within the estimated budget. With more than 30 years of experience in designing, drafting, contract management and administration within the residential building industry, the company can create homes to suit any style, block size and budget.
All designs and drafting are done in-house at a very competitive price, with option of assisting with project management. A limit is placed on how many clients are active at any one time in order to maintain quality and personal service.

CASE STUDY
Abefre Designs’ clients approached them to design their dream home; one that would meet their family’s needs, the all-important budget, and also a home that would reflect the greenery and relaxing lifestyle of The Vines Resort golf course, which is at the property’s back fence. The clients – a couple with two adult sons – frequently have guests over, so they wanted their new home to cultivate a comfortable atmosphere where everyone could watch the football, have drinks and relax. Their sons also visit often and occasionally spend the night, so it was important to have a separate area for them that could be closed off from the rest of the home when not in use.
